Preferred Carpet Cleaning

This is the third year in a row I have used Preferred Carpet Cleaning. They have done three bedrooms, a hallway, a staircase, and this year I added my couch to clean. I was prompted to write the review this year because of how absolutely sweet and nice the two young men who cleaned today were. They were super polite, did a great job in the rooms and couch, and were very neat. The owner, John, is a pleasure to speak with and will converse with you via phone or text. The price is very reasonable. I am super pleased with this company and plan to continue to use them yearly.

Great company, wehave been using themfor 10 years. They are very good at oriental rug cleaning as well as tile floor cleaning. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Preferred carpet cleaning is a great service and I hope this review helps people know they are getting great service at a great price.

I had a deal with Preferred Carpet Cleaning through Living Social. WHen the appointment day came, my wife called to confirm. The carpet cleaner told her that he was glad that she called because he forgot her phone number but wouldn't be able to keep the appointment because of a problem with his truck. They rescheduled for several days later.

On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I called forty-five minutes ahead of time to confirm. He said "yes, I'll be there today". I tried to confirm the time, and was told "can't talk, driving" and hung up on. The scheduled time came and went with no word from Preferred Carpet. They ignored numerous phone calls and voicemail messages. Eventually, Living Social agreed to cancel the deal.

The complete lack of professionalism with which this was handled by Preferred Carpet left a very sour taste in my mouth. I'd never give them my business.

I had Preferred Carpet cleaning come to my house in Massapequa to clean my sofa and love seat that my cats always sleep on. The technicians name is Glenn, he showed up on time and did a really good job. I was so happy with the work that I had him also clean two rooms of carpet for me. The prices were low and the work quality was outstanding. I highly recommend them. Really nice family owned business

John and Glenn are SUPER. I was considering replacing two rooms' wall to wall carpet....other carpet cleaners have come and did a "so-so" job. The carpets are now "like NEW"...or as close as could be for 13 year old carpeting. My wife and I are ecstatic and will be using them annually to clean our carpets, and tiles in the kitchen and baths. They don't bait and switch, they're honest, knowledgable and just as important....the price is right. I will definitely be recommending them in the future to friends and family.
