Truly impressed! Tim came out about 2 hours after door broke and about 1 hour after a call in to ask for help. He was very knowledgable and provided me with all the options. He carefully explained everything so that even I could understand it. And all of this at 5PM on a Friday. Will call him when we replace our other door or if it breaks... Whatever comes first. Thanks Tim and Co.

Brian arrived yesterday to find a very challenging garage door problem. He communicated with his managers to find the best, least expensive option for the repair. Fixed and gone in an hour. Cannot beat the service--from the same-day appointment, to the on-time arrival, to the creative solution to the broken door. I cannot imagine ever using any other service.

Lou Rowek did such an outstanding job fixing my garage door opener, that before he left I asked him if he could fix my broken refrigerator. Lou was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and solved the problem immediately. Before Lou left I asked him a question about how do I disengage the door in case of a power failure. Lou did not hesitate, and took the time to show me until I "got it." Lou is an asset to his Company, and so glad that I called Precision for help. Kathleen Horton.

Kevin Stasiak quickly analyzed what was wrong with my garage door opener (old and smoke coming out). He explained the new opener options and gave me time to decide which one to go with. Even though the price was higher than expected, he installed it quickly and it works wonderfully. The opener is so quiet and works nicely. Kudos to a good job!

Brian was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything completely and did a good job. I am very pleased that I can again get in and out of my garage without an issue. I was most impressed by Brian's respect for my time by providing an ETA. His previous appointment went longer than he had estimated and he called me to let me know. It is so good to experience such courtesies which seem to be forgotten by most in the service industry. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.
