Precision Dental NYC: Dr. Alexander & Irene Bokser

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. PLEASANT, COMPASSIONATE AND PROFESSIONAL. These are the three words i can describe my experience at Dr. Alexander Bokser's PRECISION Dental NYC. I had an emergency and i ask around for a good dentist around Astoria, NY. I was told to come to Dr. Alexander Bokser, DDS which is conveniently located block away where i work as a supervisor in the hospital. I walked-in and was entertained right away. I had 2 other visits with them and every visit was very pleasant. There is almost no waiting time. The staff (Ms. KENYA and Ms. ARAMIS) was very pleasant and very accommodating to my urgent need. Ms. ARAMIS even told me if I need her to hold my hand to get me comfortable, since she can see on my face that i was anxious of the forthcoming procedures. I work in a medical field for so many years and I have not seen such a compassionate Dentist like Dr. Alexander Bokser. His assistant, Ms. VICKY, is very accommodating, reassuring person that made me more comfortable while on the dental chair. Dr. Alexander Bokser is very professional and he discussed the best treatment options for my emergency condition. He is one of a kind. With a gentle hand and a reassuring voice, my fear going to a dentist suddenly fade away. I told everyone of my good experience with Dr. Bokser. Recently, I had a root canal performed by Dr. Alexander Bokser. I walked into his office terrified about having it done and walked out very pleased with the results. He was very professional, comforting, kind and completed the procedure without any discomfort.

I brought my 15 year old to Dr. Bokser's office and it was truly a wonderful experience. He took his time and explained everything to him, which made him very comfortable. His staff was also very friendly. He was given a goody bag that included floss,mouthwash and toothbrush. He said ''I found my new dentist!" Thank you for such a positive experience.

I HATE the dentist. However, my experience with this Doctor was far better than most I've had in the past. My cleaning and exam were far from the horrible scraping, bleeding experience I have come to expect from these things, and when they found a cavity they made an appointment for the following week and the doctor took care of it with a bare minimum of pain and inconvenience. I'm actually kind of surprised. I would definitely recommend this dentist.
