My experience with Precise today? Tremendous! I called around today because we had a flood that knocked out two water heaters in my house. Every company had to either call me back, or had an office staff attempt to give me a quote over the phone - which I KNOW would have increased when the installers got here.
When I spoke to Anthony and explained to him my situation, he said I will be there in 30 minutes. In 30 minutes he was here. He gave me a price which I thought was fair so I accepted. We filled out paper work, he left and was back with 2 water heaters in less than 1 hour.
A few hours later he and his helper had the job done. Two hot water heaters removed and replaced in a short time and all was as promised. Not only that but he went ahead and changed a ton of copper piping that he didn't need to replace but in his words "couldn't stand to look at".
I am definitely going to refer this company!

Anthony is knowledgeable, professional, and follows up after work is completed. He installed a tankless heating system in my home over a period of two days. He left the basement - where the old boiler and furnace was - spotless when the job was completed. I'm very happy with the new tankless system, it runs quietly, saves tons of space, and aesthetically, is pleasing to the eye. Anthony was patient in answering my questions and knowledgeable about the system. More importantly, he knows how to install it properly. I plan to use this company in the future for any plumbing/heating needs.

We are very pleased with the job Anthony just completed for us. He is one of the few plumbers in the area qualified to install Navien combi-boilers, and considering the amount of work involved, he gave us a reasonable quote. It was a huge job that involved first getting rid of an old boiler, hot water tank and the mess of pipes attached. The new equipment he installed is top quality and takes up a fraction of the space. Anthony shows up when he says he is going to, is extremely meticulous and neat, ensures his customers' satisfaction, and most importantly, takes great pride in his work. We would definitely recommend!

I had picked Precise sort of at random for an emergency gas line repair, and Anthony made short work of it, so when my boiler kerploded, his number was handy.
Anthony talked me through the available options, and answered all my questions at length. He was responsive, helpful, and made every effort to do the job quickly. He left my boiler room cleaner than he found it, and did a very thorough and attractive job installing my new tankless water heater.
I honestly have no idea how his prices compare, as i didn't have the patience or presence of mind to go collecting other quotes, but the work done was certainly top shelf. I'll be calling Precise again for my next plumbing project.

Anthony did an exceptional job with my oil to gas conversion. He handled all the permits, inspection, and old boiler removal without any issues and within a very quick time frame. Installation of the new boiler was done perfectly. He also afforded me a very reasonable price for the job, by far the cheapest of all the estimates I received (most were 1-2k higher). He even made sure my basement was perfectly clean after he completed the job. I would highly recommend Precise Plumbing. Thanks again!!
