If there was a rating in the negative scale,Precious Cleaners would receive it.
They are overpriced, incompetent, and distastefully mannered.
They broke the zipper off my coach jacket twice and tried to disguise with a different zipper (which they put on upside down).
Not only did they not take any responsibility over it but they decided to yell and insult us for wanting a refund.
