Ordered online 12/26 still havent recieved my order. Was told it would me shipped over night UPS still hasnt come its been THREE DAYS. Will never order again. And they have crappy customer service. GO TO THE PANDORA STORE ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALLLLLL!!!!!!!!

SCAMMERS
I bought my sister a Pandora bracelet and charm from this store online for Christmas. I received the purchase and wrapped it up for her. I was so excited to start a charm bracelet for her. Today 2/22/13 my sister went to a Pandora Store to purchase a charm for it only to find out that the bracelet and the charm is not Pandora and actually was starting to tarnish. I was so upset. I called Precious Accents and they told me to come to the store with the original receipt (which I had) and they would give me a refund. I packed up my 1 year old grandson and picked up my sister and the bracelet and traveled the 10 miles to the store. I was greated by the owner, she went on to tell me that they were a reputable Pandora retailer. I showed her the bracelet and charm and she agreed it was not Pandora. I also showed her the receipt from their store which she had the exact copy of. She insinuated that I was trying to scam her and was not telling the truth. She agreed that I paid for a Pandora Bracelet and charm from their store and I must have made a mistake and switched out the real one for a fake one. REALLY? why would I do that? I suggested they check out their employees because somebody that works there is pulling a scam. After much discussion between the owner and the manager Christina I realized they would not make good on the fake bracelet and charm they sent to me with their invoice. I told them I would be notifying my credit card company and they told me to go ahead and they would fight it. We then went to a Pandora Store in the GSP to purchase a real bracelet for my sister and the salesgirl there told us that they had other customers come in with fake Pandora bracelets purchased from Preciaous Accents! I have contacted my Credit Card Company and will get a full refund and they will be going after Precious Accents. I have also reported this store to Pandora and they will follow up.
