Got a complimentary free class from an event and took a basic class. Because it was free, it was first come first serve for me which kind of threw me off, but it’s ok cuz it’s free lol. I felt the instructor was a bit too meditative and I’m not sure if basic yoga is like that. I expected it to be more practical like learning different poses; not sitting in the same position for a long, long,…longgg time.
