Power Windows and Siding

Well I read all these negative reviews... This company is actually great! Yes, the presentation is long but they show you everything what you should know, and why it's worth to buy their windows. Did you ever tried Home Depot warranty??? Good luck.
Anyway, I did a lot of renovations in my house, and we changed all windows and now we doing siding with POWER. Yes it's cost ...but you have life time warranty. They work fast, nice and neat. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Have decided against using this company...3 hour sales pitch and they lied about the BBB status (claimed an A+ rating, we checked and as of writing this review their BBB membership has actually been revoked). Sales pitch is way too long, they insisted on both my husband and I being present, and although the salesman was nice it was easy to see through his spiel ("oh your house is gorgeous, such beautiful landscaping, blah blah blah"). We agreed to a free estimate from someone going door to door (first mistake) and then didn't look into the company, figuring it's our first estimate and we'll just see how it goes, how long could it take? (second mistake). Started at 7:30 PM on a weeknight, and he didn't leave until 10:50 PM. They seem to have a quality product but after sitting through that sales pitch and reading reviews on google/yelp, plus hearing overwhelmingly negative comments from people we know who've dealt with them after relaying our sales pitch story, no thank you!

Very high price for windows that are not as great as they make them out to be. They have a very high pressure sales pitch. Not worth your time. I had 22 windows (all the windows) replaced in my 2 family house and got 5 different quotes. They weren't the most expensive (Anderson) but they weren't the least expensive either (Home Depot).

After a few calls begging to give me an estimate, i finally caved. I kept telling them i was not looking to do a project for another several months and they assured me it was OK because there is a 12 month guarantee on the price quote.

Representative was very nice, professional and did a good presentation. The product seemed very good and something that i would have liked to consider. However, at the conclusion of the meeting, the rep quoted 3 prices. One price was was the 12 month price, another was the within 1 month price and another was the "if you agree to do this today" price. All in all, there was almost $20K difference between the 3.

I probably would have been willing to go with this company, but this pricing scheme that they laid out completely turned me off. I don't care if I was ready to use them at this moment, but the bait and switch tactics are enough to get me to never consider this company again.

I'm not sure about the quality of work, but customer service was bad. I scheduled a free estimate, which I left early from work for, no call no show. I said ok, let me give these guys a 2nd chance. Rescheduled another appointment. Power rep called 10 min before appointment and said they were not coming out & would call to reschedule for a 3rd time. Haven't heard from them yet. It's been 3 weeks. It's ashame because they were a referral. Guess they don't really need business??
