Power Martial Arts is the best! Classes are amazing with Master Jay, who is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and truly dedicated to the arts. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly but also as challenging and rigorous as any student requires. This is a very special place ;) Classes include mixed arts for a very balanced education centered on self improvement and growth. Safety is paramount. I wish I had known about this school sooner!
