This practice gives power and creativity tools to children and helps them make good choices for themselves. I have met a few of the children who have overcome emotional hurdles and have greater confidence in themselves. Best teachers you could ask for.

Brain education has helped me develop and heal my mental, physical and spiritual body through brain wave vibration, meditation, and simple stretching. Brain wave vibration practice helps me focus and has enhanced my ability to make confident decisions like eating healthier. Mediation practice has helped develop my awareness. I find myself more inclined to listen to those I care about when I have a calm mind. This has helped me tremendously improving my personal relationships. I love the stretching, and overall most exercises are very simple and creative. They are intended to open up energy flow, and release tension. I feel amazing after I leave Adult Class. I am a lot happier as a person thanks to Brain Education.
