I know they've had some terrible reviews, but my experience today was good all-round. I went in asking for large-scale, non-standard size printing. The owner and one of the female employees there spent a good 20-30 mins trying to get it to print correctly, though ultimately they were unable to do so. There was no charge for the printing that hadn't come through properly (even though we didn't know if it was the file or the printer that was at fault) and they were willing to take the time to try and figure it out.

I always get great service here. Treat them with respect and they will treat you with respect.

Place is horrible, always bad attitude, over charge for tape internet use ect. And do not always send out on time, I once sent a package through them it cost 200 (going outside of the states) and they did not actually get it out of there little hole in the wall store for a week after that. Unfortunately the post office is a nightmare and FedEx is in Exchange Place with no parking. The only convenience is being close to the path, I would believe that is the only reason this place is still open other than over charging for everything

Not sure about the negative reviews I see, I had a decent experience to get something printed up real quick. He did express disappointment in taking a credit card for a service that was only a couple of bucks (I didn't have cash), and charged me a little extra to do it (against merchant agreement with Visa/MC I believe). That's no different than a lot of small businesses, but it was an easy in and out to print something up when I didn't have a printer at home.

EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. I have visited this place several times and every time I walk out of this store, I feel awful. I never write reviews, but they finally worked me up, so here I am writing one. Both the man (most likely the owner) and the woman that have helped me in the past have been awfully rude for no reason. Whether you need to drop a package, scan a document, or ship something, you will be talked down upon and barely looked at as if they are doing you a favor. They charge pretty hefty amounts for all their services. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! Go somewhere else!!
