I have been on the waiting list for 2 years. The longer I wait, the more run down they are becoming. Although they look gorgeous on the outside, the neighborhood is still bad.
A lot of tenants have tore-up blinds and leave them hanging and it looks real bad. I think they need to screen better as this is what always happens in subsidized housing.
UPDATE: It has now been over 3 years and I am still on the waiting list. I rode around by the buildings and some improvements have been made since my last review. Changed from 3 to 4 stars.
