Wait and wait and wait ..posibly .hour and half ....lol

There's not enough "top loader" machines at (cp99) where they take off the empty containers. That's why the line extends beyond the streets of Corbin & Tyler. There's only one machine in this area and very rarely do i see 2!.. The Longshoreman really milk the cow in this pier to get paid top dollar. There should also be atleast (2) people at the grid giving out a location to the drivers, but sadly there's only (1)worker and that's why it's always bumper to bumper & a real mess in this pier. Same thing for the trouble window there's only (1)person that attends a huge line of drivers. Does this make any sense?..There's a phone booth that you have to approach in order to get routed. And let me tell you! that you can't understand a word cause the person is talking too fast..also the damn speaker phone is so out dated that all i can hear is distortion..and i tell them this and they have the nastiest attitude you could ever imagine.. No one can tell any of the workers anything cause they're all protected by their union. And they know this. And they will give you a really nasty attitude, So unfortunately they do whatever they want to. They work at a very slow turtle like pace without a care in the world about you or anyone! There's rarely any union supervisors in this pier making sure their very own workers are doing the right thing & getting the job done. i can see them in their white pick up driving around but if you flag any one of them down for any type of help they won't even achnowledge your very own existence. And lastly, no one will ever do anything about it. Cause they don't even care. A total unorganized confusion that will only be resolved by affirmative action and a strong force of leadership. Till then the cow will continue to get milked for top dollar..

This place will make you have a hard attack. Management is not doing there job, the people at the speakers are rude and not Profesional, if you can't hear what they saying and you asked then to repeat the question they closed the phone and make you do the line again.

Well people if U reading this and U still decide that U wanna come to this god forsaking place then you're an Idiot, because there is no way that anything good is going to happen to U if U do, bad, bad, bad place to be today, do not come here if you trying to get any work done,

Just to say that it has gotten even worst then it used to, if that's even possible

This plase is always backed up and you have to wait up to 2 hours to get your contaniner. Most of time

Here again 7/19/13 and the line is backed up the fuel stop. Like it has been for the last few weeks. How is a driver going to make any money, if he spends most of the day at or in the port.
