The main reason I am giving this a low rating is because when I went to go pick up our pictures I WAS BOLD FACE LIED TO. The guy assisting me brought me the free photos that came with the package and then he laid out several other prints of 3 other poses. I loved them all, and the pictures came out great....but then, when he was telling me about the picture disc with all of the pictures on it, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM if ALL of the pictures taken during the session were on the CD...not just the ones he had laid out in front of me. He told me, and I quote, "Yes ma'am. All of the pictures that were taken during your session are available on this CD. If you include the CD with your package, not only do you get ALL of the pictures, but you have full copy rights to them as well." So, I added the CD to my package. After I got home and started viewing the pictures on my computer, I noticed that the ONLY pictures on the CD were the ones I had bought that were already printed out!!! There were the same 4 poses in 4 different colors/tones. I was very excited to see the rest of the pictures that the photographer took, especially the few he took of our two boys...where they were BOTH smiling. This is SUCH a rip off and I want the rest of my pictures! Yes, the pictures came out very nice, but for THAT price...I should've just gone to Olan Mills or a local photographer and gotten them done. Then maybe I wouldn't of been lied to. Also, I read on the website that you get to chose your backgrounds? I was NOT informed about any of this. All I want is the rest of my pictures that were taken during our session. It's NOT too much to ask...especially considering I was TOLD/LIED TO that they were all on the CD. I would suggest bringing a laptop when you go to pick up your pictures if you are thinking about getting the CD with your package. Then you'll know before it's too late.
