I had my dog pictures taken from her. its been like three weeks after Christmas. i was foolish enough not to read the yellow paper that was a contract which said I wasn't allowed to take the 5 by 7 picture that i paid for and scan it and make it into a Christmas card. Which is fine I understand and said I would pay the 200 dollars copy right infringement charges but then the receptionist kept telling me which i thought was rude about a law suit after I told him i would pay the money. His explanation on this was that he was being firm and wanted to make sure i was taking him serious. Well I said i would pay and I did. Speaking to a few people with knowledge about copy right infringement I now understand it fully. Small business or not this is totally ridiculous. how many of you out there negligently copied a photo like I did and use it. All over Christmas cards. People are laughing at this i hope this is a lesson for all those who read.
