Honest, dependable and fast....I went over something and needed a replacement tire...and no other goodyear dealer had it and they all said it would take a week. Jeff got back to me in a jiffy and said he located the tire in CT and arranged for an overnight fed ex delivery...the price installed...100 bucks cheaper than my dealer...amazing service where they treat you like you want to be treated

Went to get a flat tire fixed and it was 38 dollars and waited over an hour. Got another flat a few weeks later and went to a gas station on Shore Road and paid 15 dollars for the same exact work and was out in 15 minutes...

I had these guys mount and balance two tires the other day. They quoted me "$35", which I though was reasonable. They also told me that if I paid cash they could keep it "off the books" and not charge tax. When I went to pick them up the told me it was 35 per tire. I told them I was under the impression that it was $35 total and that $70 was pretty steep (I've had them done for $10/wheel before). They pretty much told me tough luck even after I pressed the issue. It's definitely not that big of a deal (and a very small amount of money), but the encounter left me feeling ripped off. After looking up prices online, the cost should have been close to $35 total, and I couldn't find anywhere that charged as high as $35/wheel. Regardless, they should have handled the situation much better. I will not be going back.
