Port Royal Restaurant & Bakery

Would you say I'm hard to please; no not really. I love food, especially well prepared food. My dish, oxtails was tasty but not cooked long enough. I like it when the meat is basically falling off the bones and unfortunately, that was not the preparation at this fine establishment.
Service was pleasant and the restaurant was very clean.
I must say they are also very good at hosting larger groups for meals.

The customer service sucks. They are only nice to their own kind. They don't appreciate loyalty.

The food and service is EXCELLENT. Very PRICEY!!!!! Parking is BAD. The bakery is WONDERFUL!!!!!

The cleanest Jamaican restaurant I have been to so far. The food tastes delicious too. My server was on fleek.

I planned my friend's birthday party here and had a wonderful experience. I was a little bit skeptical because I saw some of the negative reviews online about this restaurant but they went above and beyond to make sure that this party was not only a success but that it was everything I wanted and more. The owner and staff are all very professional, friendly and courteous people. I told them what I wanted and how I wanted it and it was never a problem. The food was incredible and a very reasonable price. They even grilled me salmon and never charged me for it. I would say that this restaurant is full of people that will go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied and I am defiantly a satisfied customer. I highly recommend the Port Royal Restaurant for it's superb service, delicious food, modern and beautiful decor, lively music and reasonable pricing.
