$960 for common charges? for what? we live in the hood. This place is a dump, stay away, biggest mistake my family ever made was buying a place here. Not only are we on a garbage site and in the land of forgotten, these 90yr old medlers chose to rid the Sunday shuttle. I have no car and must move immediately. Not only are we the only community that pays for a shuttle..$2.50 a ride,,,hehehehhehe,,,joke..but now anyone who does not have a car will live here....what dopes....this place is a disaster and the prices reflect how much of a dump it is
