Bought a GT4 from Mark Ivanko; he's the guy you want to go to. Knows his cars, even keeled, low pressure. Can't say enough good things about working with him. Glowing reviews aren't my thing, so I simply recommend you go right to him if you want to buy a Porsche with no headaches and no BS.. He doesn't need my help sending customers his way, but he's a great guy so I couldn't help but repay his assistance with a few kind words.

I've owned many cars and dealt with many dealerships over the years and it had all led up to this point where a 911 was in the cards. Having very specific requirements made finding the right car a bit tricky and my search was essentially nationwide. Fortunately, the right dealership had the right car and made my life much easier than anticipated in getting it.

Most of the dealing was done by email and phone. They sent the car out to get clear wrapped to my specifications. Everything went very smoothly. And then through circumstances beyond either of our control, a hiccup meant that I would not be able to go pick up the car so.....

I would like to commend Mark I. for his exemplary service. He personally delivered the vehicle to my place of work (which was 7 HOURS away from the dealership). It was far beyond what is expected of an associate and made my experience with the brand even better than I could have anticipated. I've had my share of cars and my share of run ins with salespeople. Undoubtedly, some were good and some were bad, but Mark's service is on a different scale where comparing does him an injustice. This was the type of experience that I could expect from close friends that have known me for decades, not from a person with whom I had shared some emails and some phone calls. This was quite clearly the best business-customer relationship I have ever been involved with.

I can not express just how friendly and warm ALL the employees are! Everyone who came within speaking distance of me had something pleasant to say. One employee asked me how the book I was reading was. This led to a brief conversation and he told me of a book he just finished. This man, then went out and printed the review of the book for me and brought it to me. If that is not enough, the next time I saw him he had printed out two chapters for me.
I have been to two other dealerships near me. The first one I went to I will never go to again. The second one is the one I have been using. They had two chances to find and repair my problem (oil level indicator). I brought my car here and in about a half hour they told me was needed..
I will use this dealership from now on. This is how customers should be treated!

I know the luxury car business and I was hoping for a positive experience. This was the worst car buying experience I was ever a part of. There was no attempt at a sale after quoting me 10K below my Mercedes e550 trade in. There was no negotiation after that. This place is looking for emotional buyers with more money than brains, run, run as fast as you can away. The sales manager quoted the joke of a trade in and the puppet salesman tried to rationalize this joke. Awful......Then they actually sent me a congratulations on my new car purchase email. Running a really tight ship here, Disgraceful! And of as of this writing the car I was interested in still sits because of their markups and lack of salesmanship.

I recently purchased a 2016 Porsche Macan S from this dealership. It is my fourth Porsche purchase in the last 10 years. My previous three Porsches were purchased from Porsche of Melbourne in Melbourne Florida. My experiences there were exceptional. Porsche of South Shore, and particularly my sales person Cary Markowitz, provided another terrific buying experience. The entire order and delivery process was exceptional, and exceeded my expectations. Cary could not have been more knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and in my judgment an exceptional sales person. He was the best! My 2016 Macan is amazing, and possibly my best Porsche yet.

If shopping for a Porsche, consider Porsche of South Shore. They are the best and have secured my loyalty as a customer for life!
