Porsche of Roslyn

I was recently referred to this dealership by a friend. He recommended i go to Anton Pankrushin. Since the dealership didn't have my vehicle (very rare), i did my first custom order. Anton was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, friendly, and transparent. He gave me a great deal, and also checked in with me during the 3month wait to give me updates. The delivery of the car was seamless, and i am very happy. I can't speak for everyone else, but i highly recommend Anton.

I dropped my car overnight, after 24 Hours ( It was the same time I dropped the car on the day before), He promised me to come back second day. So, I come to pick up my car. there were nothing done on my car. The service manage called me when he got off his job. He said my car won't be done today, because the switch button for trunk was not here yet. I said I can come back next time the switch. At lease they finish my oil change. When I reached there, I found out they had not done anything on my car. He told me I did not make a appointment for the day. OMG!! I dropped my car overnight, why do i need the appointment. There are some people come in early morning, they got serviced car at noon.
I was treated so differently. Because I am Asian.
I strongly recommend Asian people do not go there for service.!!!
They are just bad.

i purchased my porsche from Sam. he was amazing, gave me the best deal. NOW THE BEST PART IS THE SERVICE DEPT. WOW! LOVE LOVE LOVE KELLY. She is such an amazing worker. i have already referred 3 people because of the great job she has done.

I went to Porsche. and I did not have any problems with the car and got my oil change. They suggest us to change the belt and said everything is fine with my car. I went there another time. After changing the belt, the car could not be driven. They told me that transmission died. I think they touched something while they changed the belt. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I consider finding a lawyer to sue them. In stead of spending $400 for oil change, I spent $1,700 for everything they did.

Manager MICHAEL ANTONOPOULOS let me down. I bought a CPO Porsche from this dealership and had to return several times for issues that they should have gotten right when I first picked up the car. Total rip off dealership looking to nickel and dime you.

Bottom line avoid this place. There are many Porsche dealers on Long Island, but after doing extensive research and from my own experience I recommend taking the drive out to Paul Miller Porsche in NJ. The smaller dealerships can not compete with the bigger guys like Rallye, Paul Miller etc. The bigger guys stand behind their cars and are more interested in having satisfied customers than a few extra bucks at the end of the month. They would rather have you coming back for your next car and next service.
