Kind to my Dad. He loves this place. He said they are like family.

I didn't have any issues making a purchase on my king sized bed. The woman who handled the transaction told me that it would be delivered in 7 to 10 business days if there were not any issues with shipping. The prices weren't bad so I was happy with my purchase. My bed arrived on the eight day, so I had no issues with buying from here again.

It was a good experience. I enjoyed shopping at their store and I got what I ordered in a timely manner and didn't pay too much either.

LISTEN!!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS A LESSON IN GOOD BUSINESS. I have dealt with them in the past and never really was impressed with their service...but the price was right and quality was 'ok' at best. I decided to go back for a sectional....WORSE DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!! It was a 3 piece special and the guy that placed my order listed 4 pieces....that was just the beginning. 2 wks later ..after losing a day at work b/c they gave me a false delivery date...they delivered the WRONG PIECE!!! After many frustrating calls and after them ordering the same WRONG piece again!!! The owner asked me to go back to the store....FROM QUEENS!!! TO make a long story short....its been over a month....credit card bill is due and I still DO NOT have my furniture!!!!! If you can go to another store..i suggest you do!!! They did not bother to give me a courtesy call to let me know what the status of my furniture was....I ALWAYS was the first to call. This place needs a lesson in good business. To say the very least (after my rant) I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

The furniture is amazing, best quality, and unbeatable prices.
The service is the best, the people are very nice and they get the job done. Fast delivery overall, i had no problems. I will be back to buy more furniture.
