Popular Community Bank

Terrible service. Items sent to the Bank which was noted as the address on the statement were routed from Oakpark, IL then to Florida and then to a "back office" in California over a great than two month period form May until July resulting in bounced checks and loss of money in the account. This bank is mismanaged. Customer service on two occasions gave me incorrect addresses and mis information about my account.
