Is.a.shame.still people dont know.that puerto ricans are american citizen.wel ihave. Two accounts with popular bank my wife n i.have one in puerto rico.the other here.nyc.we went to make a deposit to our p.r.account.n the .teller.demand to see my wife passport.she should be send to sensitivity class to learn.a.better protocol.annoy furious.have 4th o wire money to paid my bills on my great islands.we r citizens since 1917.no.name cause have not spoken to the branch manager yet.but we will.

This place has no monthly fees and no lines. That is the reason I use this bank. However the stuff can get strangely protective. Security guard always stands behind my back when I write a deposit slip staring at what I am doing. One time I looked at the safe depostite door may be for five seconds from more than 15 feet away. One of the customer service representatives literally ran over to me screaming, "Why are you looking?" and, "What are you looking at?" Wow. No wonder there are so few customers. They make people feel uncomfortable for no reason.
