We had my son here for the past year and plan to continue for another. The owner and teacher and assistants have been wonderful and the space is very nice. They run it just like a preschool (circle time, music time, arts and crafts projects, snack time, play time, etc), but caregivers (some moms, some dads, some grandparents, many nannies) are present. The staff is kind and doesn't push anyone into doing anything they are uncomfortable with -- the result: the kids just become comfortable with it in their own time. My son initially had trouble sitting in circle time but they gave him space and time to get comfortable with it all, and now he participates and he loves it there! We can't pass the door without him begging us to take him inside. They are also quite flexible about scheduling. It's been a terrific experience for our family to have my son here. I am grateful to have found Poppyseed.
