At Popeye's, they have fried chicken that is better than KFC. The spicy variant is especially good, even if it has become less spicy over the years. The rating slips a bit because in an otherwise neat restaurant, the restroom needs to be cleaned up and renovated. Watch for coupons and deals. They'll sometimes hand out coupons with your order.
