I know this is the hood but come on. Yall gotta do better.

I stood in line for 15 mins not knowing why the line was moving so slow. When i get to the front the cashier tells me "machine broken, cash only" The least you could do is say that for the people waiting in line! So i leave to go to the atm. When i come back one of the customers tells me "you kno the machine is working now" So i left for nothing? Ok fine.

I wait another 10 mins and when i get to the front of the line the cashier tells me there are no wings so i have to wait 15 mins.
Yall still following? Ok here we go...

So i waited the "15 mins". While im waiting shes takes the pcs of chicken from my 12pc family order that she had already put aside and gives it to someone else. Mind you this is well over 15mins. The chicken finally comes out and she still has me waiting. At this point shes taking advantage of my patience. She knew what she was doing so she ask her co worker to fill my order. He fills my order and forgets the 6 biscuits. Then he tells me i have to wait for 10 mins for biscuits!!!!!!!!!!! SMDH
The way you treat your customers is absolutely horrific! You are provoking the people to disrespect you! On top of the food not being ready in a timely matter All of you have an attitude? WHY!? Treat your customers with some respect.

By far the slowest service I have ever had. More than one person behind the counter, but only one person helping customers. 2 people ahead of me on the line and I still waited 15 mins before I could even order.

How does a chicken place NEVER have chicken?! If someone orders 2 16pieces, make
Them wait instead of the 8 people that ordered 4 pieces.

It moves people faster and makes more freaking sense.

There are always 3 or 4 people behind the 2 registers and one guy cooking in the back.

To Get to The sodas you have to walk through a line of people waiting at Burger King- dumb.

The cashiers are not really rude but have the sourest attitudes. Hire people that appreciate working.

Workers are extremely rude and so is the manger. Never again coming back to this Popeyes.
