Manager is very nice and friendly. Their chicken tenders are bigger than others!

I was very upset with my order. Popeye's website claims there is spicy chicken strips but they wont give them to me at this store. I ordered the spicy NAKED strips and while I'm waiting I had a discussion with the manager regarding the website issue. I'm standing there waiting...and waiting for my meal and people after me are getting served. When I ask where my meal is they tell me the girl didn't charge my credit card and I wasn't charged - yet they gave me a cup for my soda for the meal I didn't order yet? They left me standing there for 10+ minutes waiting for a meal which would never have come if I didn't ask what was going on! I come from Great Neck and there is NO popeye's nearby. It takes 18-20 minutes just to go there and back and here I am with no order and I'm standing there confused. They had the nerve to charge me for my meal without any warmth or compassion for their screw up. Honestly - there were other people in line waiting and waiting for their food too! Something has to be done about this place and their space cadet cashiers because this is AWEFUL service!

The manager DID appologize when she handed me my food - but with my time wasted a verbal appology was not going to cut it.

Disgusting, rude, unprofessional employees. If Popeye's knew what was going on at this location, they would pull the franchise overnight. Friends behind the counter taking food by hand, music playing, no attention given to customers. Awful.
