Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen

I like popeyes the food taste good. But god damn you gotta pay for extra sauce. This is why mcdonalds and burger king is killing them.

I love Popeyes in general but this Popeyes is not the best location to visit. This is because Customer service is very poor. Everybody in this store has some kind of attitude. And don't get me started when you ask for extra Sause or gravy for mash potato (which you have to pay for). I ordered a large mash potato and asked for some extra gravy and the employee removed the gravy part of my mash potato and put dry mash potato in it. Then he put the gravy in a very small container. Which wasn't much from the gravy I already had as the original amount. The Popeyes on 167 hillside avenue Jamaica gives extra gravy and extra Sause at no cost!!!! Sorry for the ranting but I did not have a good experience here.

Bought 18 pc chicken. .ask for ketchup. ..they gave me 3 three packs.. Are you Serious. .they said company POLICY IS 3 PACKS PER CUSTOMER.! !

Great management, clean and they never mess up my order. Sorry kfc but popeyes is on top :)

excellent service. the manager is very attentive to the customers and a team player with his staff. I only go to this Popeyes because the service is fast, the food is fresh and they get your order right
