Great people, great business. I will only buy gear/parts from this place and this place only! If you come here to buy items, ask for Jay. He goes above and beyond to make sure I'm hooked up every time. The money he saved me is unreal....he even beat Revzilla's prices buy a LONG shot. Loyal customer now. Hey guys it's simple, if you're loyal to them, they're loyal to you.

After a few riding seasons wherein I hadn't ridden a lot, I decided this year would be different and that I'd get out riding more. To that end job one was getting new tires for my FZ; enter Pompton Sport Center. Though I complicated matters for them, the parts guys and Bob in the service department were very helpful. The shop was pretty busy but Bob got my bike in and completed on the same day. Also while there I picked up a good pair of summer gloves. There is a large selection of gear and clothing available. As I ride and do more work on my bikes, I'm sure I'll be back to this quality business. Hmm, now if only I could get up the scratch for a Super Ténéré...

We purchased a 2015 Honda PCX150 last year. It came in damaged and we were going to cancel the order but after speaking with Steve and Gary we decided to let them order the parts and repair the scooter. Most of the parts came in and we picked it up. Steve was great. One part was back ordered and we were never called when it came in. We called and as it was a simple install I did it myself.
I just purchased a leftover 2013 Kawasaki Versys. Again, Steve was great to deal with. Riding home I realized there were a few problems. There was some damage to a hand grip and bar end weight and on the ride home there was almost no rear brake. The brake was never properly bled I repaired this myself. When I spoke with Gary the next day he told me the bike comes assembled from the factory.
So why was I charged for assembly? And is there any excuse that no one checked the brakes in prep? Other than those few issues I like the bike (downsized from an Electra Glide). I've been riding over 50 years and this is far from the worst experience I had buying. If not for the lack of call when parts came in for the PCX and the assembly and prep issues on my Versys it could have been a 5 Star. Still better than the majority of dealers in the area and I highly recommend Steve as a salesman!

I have used this dealership in the past and though dealerships are generally higher in price for service, the work done was quite good. With this in mind, I wanted to receive a quote for simple service (tune, oil change, coolant replacement). I also wanted to ask about purchase of a new front tire. I called the dealership and the phone was promptly answered. I was transferred to Service dept where I sat on hold for over 15 minutes. I hung up from the call and repeated the process, getting the exact same result. Once again, I tried this after an hour and spoke to someone named "Bill" who said he would give the service manager a message. I waited an hour and called back. I got the excessive hold time that I had experienced previously. At the end of the day, I called once more and actually spoke to someone who said he was the service manager (Bob). The pricing he provided was, in my opinion, excessive and it was given without any background to the job at hand (would I provide the tire alone, will I remove the fairing, etc). At this point, I will be doing the work myself and not even consider this store for parts, service or new bike.
