I was purchasing a home in northern NJ and needed a title search on the property. A friend recommended Polonia Title after receiving great service so I took his advice. There was a lot of close communication throughout the entire process and no delays in the work. When it turned out I needed help preparing my loan documents, the owner, Tom, not only helped me handle this but also played a role in ensuring everything was recorded properly without me having to look for additional service providers.
