Worst experience ever!!!! Offices dirty, and equipment old. Office manager Jenni rude and unprofessional.

Stay away! Got 2 implants at this office in 2007 and both of them failed!! One of the screws for one of them, just broke in half...leaving the other half inside the post. The second implant is extremely loose! I do not go to Poller dental since I moved out of NJ, but I take good care of my teeth going for regular check ups and cleanings. Two maxillofacial surgeons and a dentist that checked the implants recently (after all the issues started), could not believe that the screw would just break in half! Also one of the implant post is almost in my sinus cavity, the DR at Poller dental never suggested doing a bone graft in order to prevent this. All the money spent for something that is supposed to last a lifetime.... And now called Poller dental and they are not even able to tell me what brand of implants were used in my mouth!!!

The Receptionists in the Clifton Office are not Pt. friendly. I've had to chase them down to get an answer on an authorization for my daughter's braces and never got an answer. Finally I called my insurance and they informed me that they had faxed the office the authorization a few weeks back authorizing the procedure. I've spoke with Jenni and Rosa. Neither are very helpful.

I walked out of there feeling orally violated!! I had have to get a couple of tooths removed. After the first one i was traumatized. I havent gone back to get the rest of the work done because i still cant use that side of my mouth. I wont be able to chew if i let them work on the other side of my mouth. They need to upgrade their quality of work because i dont think they deserve a single star. Just thinking Poller Dental makes my mouth hurt.

It took me a very long time to add a comment, but just have to same this place is AMAZING!!!! I am such a coward for dentist especially being scar when I was a child. The front desk girls are super nice, the dental assistants do not judge you for being scared; they are very understanding, the doctors are not rough with you and they actually guide you through the process. I am very happy to have found this place. I have told all my friends and family to make an appointment whenever they need it. Thank you guys and keep up the great work.
