I agree with the previous reviewer. While they produce a quality finish, they are not realistic in giving a deadline. When they say 7-10 days, they mean 5-6 weeks. They will tell you they will be done next week, but they mean 4 weeks from now. I am not sure why they have such a poor understanding of their own speed.

Polished Metals is very Limited...

The Metal Fabrication industry needs some other polishers in the NYC area, please!

Worst Service Ever! Polished Metals is Unable to meet any deadlines, no customer service...they simple don't care! I have never experienced such an incompetent group.
