Polaris Hair Studio

I have known Osamu for 15 years from Oribe to he own place Polaris and I have been wanting to review him but never got around to it. HE is the BEST. His attention to detail is BAR NONE the best. You feel cared for. You know your hair cut is good when it grow out a little and it is still good! LOVE HIM!

It is a bit pricey, but you get what you paid for - and more!
Everytime I get my haircut there I know I get the best treatment. The results are always satisfying (I just love the comments on my hair after I get a haircut).
Just an advice - always do whatever they say! They know what will look good on you. I found that out in the hard way.

I have been going to Osamu for 8 years. He is extremely talented and experienced. My hair looks fantastic every time I leave and I would say it's challenging because it's very thick. You can't be just a regular old stylist to manage this mane--you need to be a pro. He shapes it so it's very flow-y, long and flattering. It grows in great and can go 3-4 months before I need another cut. I only cheated on him once and my hair looked so terrible that I went to him two days later to fix it (which he was amazing about and in my defense I had 4 month old twins at the time and wasn't thinking clearly).

i just found this place even though i live so close to it. I had my hair done by Gerado and it was amazing!!! i went in wanting a simple shoulder length haircut and he gave me a great consultation and explained to me why this might not work with my very thick curly hair he ended up giving m the most beautiful haircut. i am never going anywhere else!

Truly the best haircut experience I ever got in my life. Well worth the money. Osamu and his partner are thorough and pay careful attention to detail. These guys are very professional. The assistants are also really nice, offered me some coffee and tea. Plus the atmosphere is so cozy and the decor is awesome.
