Received a Polar Loop for Xmas from my sons - the strap set up process was a farce and I was never able to get beyond this point to even wearing the Loop. Big thumbs down, Loop in the post on its way back to Polar...

Best Co. in the WORLD! In 1983 I purchased a Polar Edge monitor. Last year I called
to buy a replacement chest belt that stretched from long use and sweat. I had my credit
card ready and was told that it will be shipped at no charge.
Two weeks ago the wrist strap cracked (I guess due to dryness). I sent it and just got a new one, at no charge.
What a great company. And the Edge unit itself works great. Replaced the battery only
twice since 1983. Keep it up.
