We used at our bakery flavors & food coloring
From Pollak Flavor Co. located in Brooklyn New york
& they were exceptionally delicious & the best of all it was Bake Proof
The taste was strong enough after high heat.
You still felt a strong taste
They give concentrated stuff (not cheap junk some others give,)
But Old Fashioned Flavor,
The way flavor was meant to be,
Not to Mention they delivered it next day
