Last year during the summer, I got an emergency emails from one of my top legal office client as I was away on vacation. I called Chris from PTPS and explained the situation that we were having with the server and the missed backups. This particular client only wants a physical body on site as We needed someone to troubleshoot a hardware problem inside a computer closet. Chris, was on site the next day and dealing with the emergency as he was also updating me via emails on the hour. He took the initiative and went through the whole process until the problem was solved, after a trips to Bestbuy and Staples. The client was very satisfied on the confidence and professionalism that was displayed during the ordeal. Everyone was Happy and have been using his services for special VIP services on new clients.
