THE RECEPTIONISTS NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE HOW THE HELL YOU SOPPOSED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU DONT PICK UP THE PHONE AND DO THERE JOB ! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND LAZY RECEPTIOPNISTS . THEY SHOULD ALL GET FIRED IF THEY NOT GOING TO DO THERE JOB !

The staff were very friendly and helpful, a staff member named Wilma went out of her way to assist us with getting my mother seen. Although the wait was long, they were all very courteous, and we were an emergency appointment anyway. I would recommend this this one over others in the Bronx, because they recognize that while we did not have an emergency, it was urgent care that was needed.
