We've been banking here for about 4 years. It was a very nice location until they made it a "universal" branch and brought in the current crop of management and employees. Now it's just plain bad. The wait times are very long (because of the staff) and most of the employees are either incompetent, unprofessional, and or unfriendly. PNC should send in a "mystery" client to see how bad it really is. SEVERAL people we have talked to feel the exact same way. The ONLY reason why we continue to bank there is because they are the closest to us. If another bank opened up across the street, we'd switch faster than your eyes can blink.
