Today I went to close my account with the debit card and my valid driver license. They refused. Reason: I must bring in the passport that I opened the account with 8 years ago!
What a terrible service! All around New York City I have accounts in several banks, this is the rare time a bank refused to serve with a valid ID.

Had a great experience here. Came in today very stressed and frustrated with a situation that occurred to my bank account, but Dan handled it very professionally. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Left the branch smiling and stress-free. They should give him a raise. Would definitely come back here if I have any issues again that needs to be handled.

This is, by far, the nicest bank I have ever dealt with! James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions. So glad I switched to PNC!
