I have been using the Leonia branch for about 5 years now. Every Saturday I cash and deposit my check by the drive thru trusted them so much I never needed a receipt. The last time I went I ask if they can cash my check and deposit half of it which never was a problem shortly after going home I realized they indeed cashed my check so I can have some of the funds available but decided with the remainder of the cash decided to deposit it as a transaction. when I called to complain the tellers comment was I was doing you a favor. when I asked the teller she said there is nothing she could do it was still 1:40 on Saturday during banking hours. I ended up calling 800-PNC-BANK and after dealing with the automatic secretary for 40 minutes a customer service agent came on and said she didn't understand why the branch manager would take care of it she had already cashed the check.
Point Being
I strongly recommend double checking the work that you expect the Leonia Branch to do.
