PNC is horrid. When you call the number for the branch you get an automated system with two options and neither of which get you a real live person on the phone. The best they will do (after going through many prompts and wasting time) is transfer you to the call center where you will be faced with yet another automated system. This is the fault of the corporation itself not the branch staff. In addition, to cash a small check they require several forms of ID...lisence is not enough. They are like robots and I feel like a number not a person

Great service. Very friendly and help even with non PNC bank related questions.
There's always parking, so that's a plus.
