I have had two bad experiences with the same person, SG at PNC bank in a few months. Lack of follow through and knowledge created two situations that were uncomfortable and unprofessional. One being extended a line of credit that took almost a year, some was my fault for paperwork, but mostly his lack of follow through. The other, last week because he wouldn't follow instructions from an auto dealership when I was purchasing a car, they gave him specific instructions on what they would and would not accept in check form. So, when the paperwork and check was being disbursed the day before at PNC bank, I questioned it. He, SG obviously had no experience with this type of transaction and assured me it was ok, fully aware they would not accept it. So, Friday at 3:00 I am in Paramus and in a predicament, which the bank manager at Cedar Grove and Ridgewood PNC had to handle. Finally at 5:45, it was settled. My inconvenience and disappointment are just memories. For me two strikes you're out. Shame on you
