PMG REAL ESTATE

I was a week away from the end of my lease, and at the end of my rope when I rehired Pablo.
Pablo had gotten me my previous apartment, which I loved but now had to move.
I soon discovered that Pablo owns the neighborhood; he has more exclusive buildings than any other agent I worked with prior to him (and I worked with many!), everyone knows him, and he would always have a listing ready to show. Within 4 days he got me a gorgeous apartment. On top of it all, he only charged me 1 rent fee, as opposed to the ludicrous 15% usual Manhattan rate.
Hire him now and be at peace!

Baaaaad!! I got pushed into the worst building and neighborhood ever, dirty, noise, super with attitude, 7 times no hot water in 4 months, mice, no elevator for over two months, and all of that even though I made very clear what I was looking for the owner together with his co-worker Anni, somehow convinced me to rent this apt. I was there to pick up my deposit and walk away, but........! It has been hell. 2 of my neighbors are also moving out because of intimidation and problems with the building. Ah when I asked foir rent adjustment due to no elevator, the owner of PMG insulted me in every way stating that all I wanted is to not pay the rent, no that I had the lease, just because my credit rating was low. Beware of him, the agency and everyone working in it, the worst!! just to get a month fee, very sad!!

Pablo is a great broker. I was having a hard time finding a place to live. I had encountered many other brokers who were hard to deal with. Pablo took the time to find out what my needs were and he only showed apartments that I wanted to see. I found a great apartment and love my place. I would recommend PMG to anyone!!!
