From the get-go, Ken was incredibly easy to work with. He helped me turn my idea into a product that was exactly what I was looking for. He quickly sourced a number of stones that fit my criteria and objectively helped me make a decision. He gave good advice in terms of where I would be overpaying for something and not really getting the value out of it. He gave great critiques of each ring, each metal, each stone, that were honest and also showed that he was paying very close attention to what I was looking for. He was really just helpful, nice, creative, and easygoing. No pressure. Zero attitude. And he followed thru on every promise. I couldn't give enough praise to this, in what I'm sure can easily turn into a stressful not to mention expensive experience
