I was sending a large amount of cash to a relative in China and Western Union was giving me the biggest headache and runarounds over a 2-day period just to settle this one transaction. I finally came to this PLS location and explained my complicated situation regarding Western Union. The ordeal took an entire hour to resolve, involving many phone calls, but the PLS rep (I believe her name was Fayshana) and the manager (Devon) was super patient in helping me out. I wish I went to this location earlier because I had visited literally 10 other WU locations where the reps did not care to help.
