A bit slow

Horrible service I literally was on the line for like 30 min because they are so freaking slow

If I could give this location negative stars, I would! This place is filled with self-serving Dominicans. Do not expect to get your check cashed without having to go through a lot of stalling tactics and stupid questions that can be answered easily by looking at the pay stub. As a matter of fact, I could not cash my check at this location due to the CSRs stalling and just not wanting to do their job. They were probably mad that I made more in 2 weeks than they do in a month. If you are familiar with the area, go to CFSC on Kingsbridge Rd because they will give you much better service-- I spent more than 15 minutes at the window of this location trying to cash my check and walked out with nothing but my check. I spent less than 5 minutes at the window after I got to CFSC. I think CFSC knows how to treat a customer.

The supervisors are awesome always helpful and they get those lines moving
