Employees are lazy , slow , rude and unprofessional. It takes at least 1 hour to do anything there .

The places smells like rotting human flesh 98% of the time, and the rules for using a debit or credit card change on an almost daily basis. Sometimes you can pay using your card after 10, sometimes it's after 11, sometimes it's not at all once it "gets dark" as I was told today. Sometimes there will be 4 people behind the glass with only one window open, regardless of how long the line is. I gave it 2 stars instead of one, because once in a while a really nice manager is working there and things flow much smoother.
