Went to Plock's for advice on how to save a Prayer plant. They seemed not to know much about Prayer plants. However, they sold me sterilized soil which proceeded to not only kill my Prayer plant, but my other plants as well - plants I've had for many years. The soil must have been very old - it molded and held no moisture.

I live in MT and my mom lives in NJ, so for Mother's Day I asked who her favorite garden center was and she told me Plochs. I called and had them put together a gift card for me to send to her in the mail. The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting this task completed. As it was, I was late doing this and knew the gift card would arrive late, which was fine. The Saturday before Mother's Day, a gentleman called me and said that his wife would hand deliver the gift card in Montclair so that the gift wouldn't be late! Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised and in awe of the fact that they would do this for me! As a result, Mother's Day gifts will be a no brainer and Plochs has gained two very loyal customers. Customer service like that does not happen very often anymore. Thank you so much Plochs!!
