Great place

HORRIBLE SERVICE. For the past few times that I have opted to take my laundry to this cleaner, they were never ready on the date that they promised. This happened consecutively. I thought after my first complaint to the owner, the next time would be better. I gave the place too many chances. One time, I actually went a day after the promised date; it still was not ready. The excuses the employee kept telling me were that they were busy or it wasn't my fault. They need learn how to forecast the workload better, or just simply give the customers a longer time frame. I don't know what kind of business they are running if they can't even delivery a simple service timely. The full name of this place is Plaza West Speed Wash; I am not sure if that name really fits. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
