They so slow with just an oil change, you would think you was there to purchase a car.... my appointment was for 9am I actually finished there and I waited!! Smfh 3pm I should have gotten paid for the whole day stay! I think they could do better with the services.

I have never had even a remotely bad experience with Toyota, until I went to Plaza Toyota. About 6 months ago I brought the car in because of a flat tire, which they initially turned me away despite the fact that I was still under Toyota Care because of how busy they were. I pleaded and they eventually fit me in and fixed the tire. They ended up putting a plug in the tire instead of patching it and fixing it long term. A few months later the tire went flat on vacation because the plug wore out. This experience should have signaled warning signs, however, I decided to bring the car back. This time my AC evaporator got clogged and the cabin was flooded. I brought the car in on Monday Dec 28th and asked for the 20K miles service a few thousand miles early because of living in NYC and the wear & tear it does on the car. The tech recommended I pay $500 for the 25K tuneup because of the added checks/tuneup. I agreed and thought nothing of it. During this visit they also said that if the evaporator was causing the flooding that Toyota would pick up the bill and replace the carpets. They called on the 30th and said the car was fixed and ready to be picked up. I reminded them that since Toyota was at fault for the flooding that I wouldn't pick up the car until the carpets were replaced since they had a strong musty smell and at a bare minimum wanted them to check for mold. The tech I spoke to said he had to get approval from Toyota for the carpets. It took 3 weeks for that to happen. My tech was out of the office for probably half of that three week period and when he was out no one (not even the manager) knew what was going on or could help me. They said the tech would call me back when he returned to the office on the following day. He never called me back once. I had to continually call and hound him for updates. HORRIBLE customer service. When the car was ready to be picked up on Jan 20th, I realized they were charging me the $500 for the 20K tuneup but on the bill it had 15K service listed. In the end I discovered they did a $75 service but were charging me for the full $500. They eventually fixed the issue but this is absolutely shady. There were two other minor issues I wanted checked (passenger visor and a setting on the gps) and the bill simply said the "main cabin light was functioning correctly". No idea how the passenger visor turns into the main cabin light. When they finally pulled the car up front, the passenger side floor mat was sitting on the top of the car, which had been parked outside. I had waxed the car the day before I brought it in and it was covered in dirt and looked extremely bad when picking it up. I went to get inside and the floor mats were piled in the back seat on top of the leather seats. There was lint (from the new carpet) everywhere and so I told them it was unacceptable. They eventually washed and vacuumed the car. When I put the floor mats back in I realized they never put the clips back into the carpet to hook the floor mats into and the passenger side floor mat no longer fit in the car because whoever reinstalled the center console just jammed it back in. There is something visibly protruding out of the side of the console and now it looks disfigured. It is extremely disappointing to see this quality of work coming from an Authorized Toyota dealer. I expect my car to be in better shape after bringing it to the dealer but in this case, my car came back absolutely horrible. I will never bring my car back to Plaza Toyota and would encourage anyone else considering them to do the same.

THEY NEED ONLY YOUR MONEY, IF YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY ARE NOBODY, you will have to wait hours after being called million times awful customer service the most disrespectful place I ever went. The worker by the name Mike was super rude since I met him he started in rude manner without saying hello no smiles no handshakes he was acting like a guy from street. He even haven't tried to calm me down. He asked me what My job is when I said cellphone repairs he figure out that its ok to talk rude with a guy who doesn't make a lot. Ok not a problem this is the way Toyota plaza makes the business. Thank you for lost time and terrible experience and faces. Never gonna come back.

I just came back from this dealer.I drove 70 miles to this dealership after seeing a toyota highlander.I want to trade in my car with the truck. The manager gave us a price of 500 dollar for my car.We were offered a price of 3500 for the same car from another dealer. He didn't even gave me a chance to ask my questions.I felt like he was the customer and I was the representative. The worst dealership and worst SALES MANAGER ever.I dont know about the other people working there. But the manager made me upset. The internet price for that highlander was 29,488 and the price they gave to me was 32488.I dont understand this price difference? They added certification fee of 875$ and preparation fee of 875$.The preparation fee as per the manager was the fee for preparing the car for me to drive.I dont know what he mean by that!!Anyway WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!Try to be courteous to the customers.Atleast try to smile at the customer's!!!!!

If you buy a certified pre-owned vehicle at this dealership you will be rushed to make a deal, and you will overpay. However, the car itself will be reliable, serviced, and in a perfect working condition. These people do not sell any lemons. Their cars are of a great quality. Look for certified pre-owned vehicles. These are rigorously inspected and come with waranty. Right after purchase, do yourself a favor, change AC filter (cabin air filter). Mine was so dusty, I am sure it had not been changed ever.
